Boulder Modern

Situated in a 1960’s suburban neighborhood in Boulder, Colorado, the existing home was structurally damaged in the 2013 floods. The small home was deconstructed and a new contemporary family home designed maximizing the allowable square footage and amazing mountain views. Incorporating multiple exterior patios and decks helps to expand the living space into the outdoor areas, creating a seamless flow between inside and outside which is imperative for the ideal Boulder lifestyle. With over 3,000 square feet of conditioned living space, 5 bedrooms, a large great room, and a state of the art kitchen, this contemporary urban home appropriately meets the needs of a busy and modern Colorado family.
