This urban infill project was completed for a cutting edge marketing firm as a tenant improvement project, located in lower downtown Denver, Colorado. The existing warehouse shell of the space was kept while state of the art contemporary finishes, systems, and equipment were seamlessly integrated to create an urban, eclectic feel reflective of the clients’ culture. Conference rooms, private offices, “think tanks”, and reception area were part of the program with the end product serving both the desired aesthetic and functionality of the client.
