Location, Location Location! This 1940’s cabin, located on the banks of the Florida river has expansive and amazing views up and down the river. The structure had been consistently added onto over the decades: the result being a conglomerate of small spaces that did not function for a modern family. A complete gut of the interior spaces and full remodel of the exterior finishes converted this home into a beautiful, modern mountain home. Large decks were added along with large picture windows resulting in a seamless interface between interior and exterior living spaces.
